Thomas Eisfeld

I am an economist and obtained my PhD at CORE/LIDAM, UCLouvain, and ECARES, ULB in 2025.

My research interests include Industrial Organization and Behavioral Economics, with a special focus on issues of the digital economy. Specifically, I study how marketplace design influences user interactions. In my work, I employ a combination of both theoretical and experimental methodologies.

My dissertation was realised under the supervision of Professor Georg Kirchsteiger at ULB, and Professors Johannes Johnen and François Maniquet at UCLouvain. You can find my CV here.
